Hello everyone, I'm back! After a long hiatus and move to a new
home, I am happy to say, I'm back! I hope this day finds you all
safe and healthy. As I mentioned, I moved to a new home and I must
say, you never realize how much "stuff" one accumulates
in a 10-year period - WOW! In anycase, I have settled in and as promised,
new updates were a priority and without further ado, here they
